本プライバシーポリシーは、Kamon Lab（以下「当方」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「スマシェフ」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報および関連情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。当方は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関連法令を遵守するとともに、適切な管理に努めます。
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。 (1) アカウント情報 メールアドレス、表示名、ならびに Google または Apple 等の外部認証サービスを利用した場合に、当該サービスから提供される認証情報。 (2) 利用データ 食材スキャン回数、レシピ生成回数、冷蔵庫の在庫情報、お気に入りレシピ、お買い物リスト等、本アプリ内でユーザーが入力または生成したデータ。 (3) 端末情報 プッシュ通知送信に必要なデバイストークン、OS 種別、アプリのバージョン等の技術情報。 (4) 画像データ 食材スキャン機能において、カメラを通じて撮影された画像。 ※画像データは、食材認識処理のために一時的に外部 AI サービスへ送信されますが、認識処理以外の目的で利用されることはなく、当方のサーバー上に保存されません。
当方は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。 ・本アプリのサービス提供（食材認識、レシピ提案、冷蔵庫管理等） ・ユーザー認証およびアカウント管理 ・無料プランおよび有料（プレミアム）プランの利用制限・課金管理 ・プッシュ通知の送信（レシピ生成完了等のお知らせ） ・広告の表示および最適化 ・サービス品質向上のための分析、改善および不具合対応
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に販売または貸与することはありません。ただし、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲において、以下の外部サービス事業者に対し、業務を委託し、情報を提供する場合があります。 ・認証およびデータベースの運用：当方のサーバー（日本国内）でユーザー認証・セッション管理・データ保存を行っています ・AI 機能（食材認識・レシピ生成）：OpenAI API（画像データやテキストデータが一時的に送信されますが、これらのデータは学習目的には使用されません。詳細はOpenAIのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください） ・広告配信：Google AdMob（デバイス情報や広告IDを使用してパーソナライズされた広告を表示する場合があります。詳細はGoogle AdMobのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください） これらの事業者は、日本国外（主に米国）に所在する場合があり、取得された情報は各事業者のプライバシーポリシーおよびデータ保護方針に従って管理されます。
本アプリの食材スキャン機能においては、以下の運用を行います。 ・画像は食材認識処理に必要な範囲でのみ利用され、処理完了後に保持または保存されることはありません。 ・送信された画像データおよびテキストデータが、AI モデルの学習目的に再利用されることはありません。 ・画像データが広告目的またはユーザー識別目的で利用されることはありません。
アカウントに紐づくデータは、ユーザーがアカウントを保持している間、運営者のサーバー（日本国内）に保存されます。 ユーザーがアカウント削除を行った場合、当該アカウントに関連するデータは、合理的な期間内に削除されます。 ※システム上のバックアップに一定期間保存される場合がありますが、これらのデータは順次上書きまたは削除されます。
当方は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失、毀損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。 具体的には、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、アクセス制御、定期的なセキュリティ監査等を実施しています。
本アプリでは、Cookieやその他のトラッキング技術を使用していません。
当方は、サービス改善のため、個人を特定できない形で統計データを作成し、利用することがあります。
ユーザーは、自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、削除等を求めることができます。これらの請求は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。 EU圏のユーザーについては、GDPR（一般データ保護規則）に基づく権利を有します。詳細はお問い合わせください。

This Privacy Policy describes how Kamon Lab ("we", "our", or "us") handles personal and related information in connection with the smartphone application "SmartChef" ("the App"). We respect your privacy and strive to comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations, while managing your information appropriately.
The App may collect and use the following information. (1) Account Information Email address, display name, and authentication information provided by external authentication services (such as Google or Apple) when you use them to sign in. (2) Usage Data Number of ingredient scans, number of recipe generations, refrigerator inventory, saved recipes, shopping lists, and other data that you input or generate within the App. (3) Device Information Device tokens required for push notifications, OS type, app version, and other technical information. (4) Image Data Images captured through the camera in the ingredient scanning feature. * Image data is temporarily sent to external AI services for ingredient recognition purposes only. It is not used for any purpose other than recognition processing and is not stored on our servers.
We use the collected information for the following purposes: ・Providing App services (ingredient recognition, recipe suggestions, refrigerator management, etc.) ・User authentication and account management ・Managing usage limits and billing for free and premium plans ・Sending push notifications (e.g., recipe generation completion) ・Displaying and optimizing advertisements ・Analysis, improvement, and troubleshooting to enhance service quality
We do not sell or lend your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. However, we may entrust operations to the following external service providers and provide them with information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use: ・Authentication and database operations: Our servers (located in Japan) handle user authentication, session management, and data storage ・AI features (ingredient recognition, recipe generation): OpenAI API (image and text data are temporarily sent, but these data are not used for training purposes. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for details) ・Advertising: Google AdMob (may use device information and advertising IDs to display personalized ads. Please refer to Google AdMob's privacy policy for details) These providers may be located outside Japan (mainly in the United States). Information provided to them is managed in accordance with their respective privacy policies and data protection standards.
For the ingredient scanning feature, we operate as follows: ・Images are used only to the extent necessary for ingredient recognition and are not retained or stored after processing is complete. ・Image and text data sent for processing are not reused for AI model training purposes. ・Image data is not used for advertising or user identification purposes.
Data linked to your account is stored on our servers (located in Japan) while you maintain your account. If you delete your account, data associated with that account will be deleted within a reasonable period. * Data may remain in system backups for a certain period, but such data will be overwritten or deleted in due course.
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure the secure management of personal information. Specifically, we implement encryption of communications (HTTPS), access control, and regular security audits.
This App does not use cookies or other tracking technologies.
We may create and use statistical data in a form that does not identify individuals for the purpose of service improvement.
