本プライバシーポリシーは、Kamon Lab（以下「当方」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「スマシェフ」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報および関連情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。当方は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関連法令を遵守するとともに、適切な管理に努めます。
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。 (1) アカウント情報 メールアドレス、表示名、ならびに Google または Apple 等の外部認証サービスを利用した場合に、当該サービスから提供される認証情報。 (2) 利用データ 食材スキャン回数、レシピ生成回数、冷蔵庫の在庫情報、お気に入りレシピ、お買い物リスト等、本アプリ内でユーザーが入力または生成したデータ。 (3) 端末情報 OS 種別、アプリのバージョン等の技術情報。通知の許可状態と設定は端末内で管理します。 (4) 画像データ 食材スキャン機能において、カメラを通じて撮影された画像。 ※画像データは、食材認識処理のために OpenAI API へ送信されます。当方の API サーバーでは画像を永続保存しません。外部サービスでの保持は、提供先のデータ管理方針に従います。
当方は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。 ・本アプリのサービス提供（食材認識、レシピ提案、冷蔵庫管理等） ・ユーザー認証およびアカウント管理 ・無料プランおよび有料（プレミアム）プランの利用制限・課金管理 ・端末内での通知の表示（賞味期限などのお知らせ） ・広告の表示および最適化 ・サービス品質向上のための分析、改善および不具合対応
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に販売または貸与することはありません。ただし、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲において、以下の外部サービス事業者に対し、業務を委託し、情報を提供する場合があります。 ・認証およびデータ保存：Supabase（アカウント認証、セッション管理、冷蔵庫・買い物リスト・保存レシピ等のデータ保存） ・API の運用：Render（アプリからの認証済みリクエストや AI 処理の中継） ・課金管理：RevenueCat、Apple App Store、Google Play（アプリ内のユーザー識別子、購入履歴、購読状態の管理） ・AI 機能（食材認識・レシピ生成）：OpenAI API（画像データやテキストデータを送信します。取扱いは OpenAI のデータ管理方針に従います） ・広告配信：Google AdMob（デバイス情報や広告IDを使用してパーソナライズされた広告を表示する場合があります。詳細はGoogle AdMobのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください） これらの事業者は、日本国外（主に米国）に所在する場合があり、取得された情報は各事業者のプライバシーポリシーおよびデータ保護方針に従って管理されます。
本アプリの食材スキャン機能においては、以下の運用を行います。 ・当方の API サーバーでは、食材認識に送信された画像を永続保存しません。外部サービスでは、提供先の方針に従ってデータが保持される場合があります。 ・OpenAI API は既定では送信データをモデルの学習に使用しません。学習利用と保持の詳細は OpenAI のデータ管理方針に従います。 ・画像データが広告目的またはユーザー識別目的で利用されることはありません。
アカウントに紐づくアプリのデータは、ユーザーがアカウントを保持している間、Supabase 等の利用サービスに保存されます。ゲストの冷蔵庫・買い物リストや通知設定などは端末内に保存されます。 ユーザーがアカウント削除を行った場合、当該アカウントに関連するデータは、合理的な期間内に削除されます。 ※システム上のバックアップに一定期間保存される場合がありますが、これらのデータは順次上書きまたは削除されます。
当方は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失、毀損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。 具体的には、API 通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、認証、利用者ごとのアクセス制御、入力検証等を行います。
本アプリで利用する外部 SDK は、広告配信や課金管理のため、端末識別子、IP アドレス、広告の表示・操作情報、購入情報等を取得する場合があります。取得する情報と利用目的は、各提供先のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
当方は、サービス改善のため、個人を特定できない形で統計データを作成し、利用することがあります。
ユーザーは、自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、削除等を求めることができます。これらの請求は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。 EU圏のユーザーについては、GDPR（一般データ保護規則）に基づく権利を有します。詳細はお問い合わせください。

This Privacy Policy describes how Kamon Lab ("we", "our", or "us") handles personal and related information in connection with the smartphone application "SmartChef" ("the App"). We respect your privacy and strive to comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations, while managing your information appropriately.
The App may collect and use the following information. (1) Account Information Email address, display name, and authentication information provided by external authentication services (such as Google or Apple) when you use them to sign in. (2) Usage Data Number of ingredient scans, number of recipe generations, refrigerator inventory, saved recipes, shopping lists, and other data that you input or generate within the App. (3) Device Information OS type, app version, and other technical information. Notification permissions and settings are managed on the device. (4) Image Data Images captured through the camera in the ingredient scanning feature. * Images are sent to the OpenAI API for ingredient recognition. Our API server does not persist these images. Retention by external services follows the providers' data policies.
We use the collected information for the following purposes: ・Providing App services (ingredient recognition, recipe suggestions, refrigerator management, etc.) ・User authentication and account management ・Managing usage limits and billing for free and premium plans ・Displaying local notifications (e.g., expiration reminders) ・Displaying and optimizing advertisements ・Analysis, improvement, and troubleshooting to enhance service quality
We do not sell or lend your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. However, we may entrust operations to the following external service providers and provide them with information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use: ・Authentication and data storage: Supabase (account authentication, sessions, inventory, shopping lists, and saved recipes) ・API hosting: Render (processing authenticated App requests and relaying AI requests) ・Billing: RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play (App user identifiers, purchase history, and subscription status) ・AI features (ingredient recognition, recipe generation): OpenAI API (receives images and text under OpenAI's data policies) ・Advertising: Google AdMob (may use device information and advertising IDs to display personalized ads. Please refer to Google AdMob's privacy policy for details) These providers may be located outside Japan (mainly in the United States). Information provided to them is managed in accordance with their respective privacy policies and data protection standards.
For the ingredient scanning feature, we operate as follows: ・Our API server does not persist images submitted for ingredient recognition. External providers may retain data under their own policies. ・OpenAI does not use API data for model training by default. Training use and retention are governed by OpenAI's data policies. ・Image data is not used for advertising or user identification purposes.
App data linked to your account is stored in services such as Supabase while you maintain your account. Guest inventory, guest shopping lists, and notification settings are stored on the device. If you delete your account, data associated with that account will be deleted within a reasonable period. * Data may remain in system backups for a certain period, but such data will be overwritten or deleted in due course.
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure the secure management of personal information. Our measures include API communication encryption (HTTPS), authentication, per-user access control, and input validation.
External SDKs used by the App may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, ad impressions and interactions, and purchase information for advertising or billing. Their data collection and purposes are governed by each provider's privacy policy.
We may create and use statistical data in a form that does not identify individuals for the purpose of service improvement.
