スマシェフをご利用いただきありがとうございます。本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Kamon Lab（以下「当方」または「運営者」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「スマシェフ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する一切の条件に適用されます。 ユーザーは、本規約の内容に同意した上で、本アプリを利用するものとします。 ユーザーが本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリでは、メールアドレスおよびパスワード、Googleアカウント、Appleアカウントを用いた利用登録が可能です。 登録時に提供された情報は、本アプリのサービス提供、本人確認、サポート対応の目的で利用されます。 ユーザーは、登録情報が常に正確かつ最新の内容であることを保証するものとします。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。 ・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為 ・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為 ・不正アクセス、なりすまし、その他不正な方法による利用 ・本アプリのシステムに過度な負荷をかける行為 ・本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル ・他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為 ・その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為
運営者は、必要に応じて、本アプリの内容の変更、全部または一部の提供の中断を行うことがあります。 前項による変更または中断によりユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。ただし、運営者の故意または重過失による場合はこの限りではありません。 運営者は、事前の予告なく、本アプリの提供を終了することができます。
本アプリは、無料で利用できる機能と、有料プラン（プレミアム）により提供される機能があります。 無料プランの利用回数制限、有料プランの料金、内容および提供条件は、アプリ内の表示に従うものとします。 有料プランの支払いは、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Play Storeの決済システムを通じて行われ、各ストアの利用規約および返金ポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリおよび本アプリに関連するコンテンツに関する著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。 ユーザーは、私的利用の範囲を超えて、本アプリの複製、改変、再配布等を行ってはなりません。
本アプリが提供するAIによる食材認識およびレシピ提案は参考情報であり、その正確性、完全性、有用性を保証するものではありません。AIが生成する内容は必ずしも正確であるとは限らず、誤りが含まれる可能性があります。 調理、食材の取扱い、摂取については、ユーザー自身の責任において判断するものとします。特に、以下の点について十分にご注意ください： ・アレルギー：本アプリが提案するレシピには、アレルギーを引き起こす可能性のある食材が含まれる場合があります。ユーザーは、自身のアレルギー情報を確認し、レシピに含まれる食材を十分に確認した上で調理・摂取するものとします。アレルギー反応等により生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。 ・食品の鮮度、衛生状態：食材の鮮度、衛生状態、保存方法等については、ユーザー自身で確認・判断するものとします。 ・調理方法：レシピに記載された調理方法、調理時間、火加減等は参考情報であり、実際の調理環境や使用する器具により結果が異なる場合があります。 本アプリの利用によりユーザーに生じた損害（アレルギー反応、食中毒、怪我、その他の健康被害を含む）について、運営者は、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されるものであり、運営者は、本アプリの継続的な提供、動作保証、エラーの修正を保証するものではありません。
運営者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、事前の通知なく、当該ユーザーの利用を停止またはアカウントを削除することができます。 ユーザーは、アプリ内の設定からいつでもアカウントを削除することができます。 アカウント削除後、ユーザーのデータは、運営者のプライバシーポリシーに従い、合理的な期間内に削除されます。
個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。 ユーザーは、本アプリの利用により、プライバシーポリシーに記載された情報が収集・利用されることに同意するものとします。
有料プランの返金については、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Play Storeの返金ポリシーに従います。 運営者は、個別の返金対応を行いません。返金に関するお問い合わせは、各ストアのサポート窓口までご連絡ください。
本アプリには広告が表示される場合があります。 広告の内容については、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。広告をクリックしたことにより生じた損害についても、運営者は責任を負いません。
運営者は、必要に応じて、本規約を変更することがあります。 変更後の本規約は、本アプリ内での掲示をもって効力を生じるものとします。 変更後にユーザーが本アプリを利用した場合、当該変更に同意したものとみなします。
本規約のいずれかの条項が無効と判断された場合でも、その他の条項の効力には影響しません。

本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠します。 本アプリに関して生じた紛争については、日本国内の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Thank you for using SmartChef. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the smartphone application "SmartChef" (the "App") provided by Kamon Lab ("we", "our", or "the operator").
These Terms apply to all conditions related to the use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App allows registration using email address and password, Google account, or Apple account. Information provided during registration will be used for the purposes of providing App services, identity verification, and support. You warrant that your registration information is always accurate and up to date.
When using the App, you must not engage in the following acts: ・Acts that violate laws or public order and morals ・Acts that interfere with the operation of the App ・Unauthorized access, impersonation, or other improper use ・Acts that place excessive load on the App's systems ・Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the App ・Acts that infringe on the rights or interests of other users or third parties ・Other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator
We may change the content of the App or suspend all or part of its provision as necessary. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to changes or suspension under the preceding paragraph, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. We may terminate the provision of the App without prior notice.
The App has features available for free and features provided through a paid plan (Premium). Usage limits for the free plan, pricing, content, and provision conditions for the paid plan shall be as displayed in the App. Payments for the paid plan are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems, and the terms of service and refund policies of each store apply.
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App and its content belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. You must not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or otherwise use the App beyond the scope of personal use.
AI-powered ingredient recognition and recipe suggestions provided by the App are reference information only, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. AI-generated content may not always be accurate and may contain errors. Cooking, handling of ingredients, and consumption are at your own discretion and responsibility. Please pay particular attention to the following: ・Allergies: Recipes suggested by the App may contain ingredients that can cause allergic reactions. You must check your own allergy information and thoroughly verify the ingredients included in recipes before cooking or consuming them. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from allergic reactions or similar incidents. ・Food freshness and hygiene: You must verify and judge the freshness, hygiene status, storage methods, etc. of ingredients yourself. ・Cooking methods: Cooking methods, cooking times, heat levels, etc. described in recipes are reference information only, and results may vary depending on the actual cooking environment and equipment used. We shall not be liable for any damages (including allergic reactions, food poisoning, injuries, and other health hazards) incurred by users due to use of the App, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. The App is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee continuous provision, operation, or error correction of the App.
We may suspend your use or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. After account deletion, user data will be deleted within a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The handling of personal information is governed by our separately established Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Refunds for paid plans are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not handle individual refunds. Please contact the support desk of each store for refund inquiries.
The App may display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements. We are also not responsible for any damages arising from clicking on advertisements.
We may change these Terms as necessary. Changes to these Terms take effect upon posting in the App. If you use the App after changes are made, you are deemed to have agreed to such changes.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts as the court of first instance.
